This is a NEW to me author & books! I was asked by the author to read/review upon which the blurb caught my eyes. Something I would read for sure, so I accepted & here we are!
After a wedding where Rex and Gwen end up at the same airport, one drinks leads to more and next thing you know, Gwen is sneaking out to talk the walk of shame. Why? Well, when you’ve been there done that, got hurt, learned lesson and moved on. Yeah, Gwen kept telling that to herself. Little did she know, that what she wanted to run away from…may show up after-all! But…a wrench is thrown in.
This was such a sweet story of second-chances and LOVE. Love always wins even when things don’t go as planned. The history they have between one another is BEAUTIFUL, SCARY AND REAL! You will not be prepared for this plot…just when you think you have it figured out…you don’t. The secrets and mystery in this…will keep you on the edge. I really, really enjoyed this story.
