But he is also her brother’s best friend, and she isn’t all about that clique of dating your older brother’s best friend…not to mention that Carter is a NO-COMMITTMENT type of man. Pppfff, what makes him think he is even fit for her HUSBAND CHECKLIST anyways!
But when lines get blurred and crossed…neither Julia or Carter want to get hurt of course, but things get a little rough on the edges I don’t want to say too much to give it out but I can say it’s a ride you want to be ready for. The love and feelings in this is un-real. I connected to both characters. Julia just wants to make sure everything is okay with her and her brother and everything, after the tragedy she really wasn’t sure where to go in life. And Carter, well he is a man so of course clueless but really sweet. The secret in all this, will blow you away. I really enjoyed this friends-to-lovers story!
