Not my first read by Corinne and not my last. I have also read all the other books in this series and am sad that this one is the last one.

First of i want to get a couple things off my chest first. 1. don’t let Corinne fool you, this is a still very emotional book, i baked my eyes out 2. there was a slight huge dislike to me in the book, only because it just felt really awkward. i don’t like the being friends with the ex’s especially when it was not a bad parting. that’s all I’m saying. okay, now to move on to my review.

I honestly predicted a lot of it but it was still fun to watch it all unfold. Fake-Marriage tropes are a fav of mine so I was excited. The H&H actually know each other and are friends. When the heroine is in a bind, the Hero truly steps up…after he says No. What seems like a good idea and a good cause, really just complicates everything. What do you do when you start falling for your fake spouse? Run with it, and not did they. I really liked when they both let go and just be, because their chemistry is beautiful. I fell head off heels in love with both of them once they let each other in a little. They may have been doing things back-ass-wards but it was the best backwards that could have ended. You will cry in this, this hit home for me a little more & it was hard not to ball my eyes out. It’s funny, sweet, romantic and heartfelt! A true Corinne book!

NOT my first read by the author, very familiar with her. I have also read all the previous books in this series. This one was a 50/50 for me because it involved characters I did not really enjoy, little too strong, little too careless and indecisive style which happen to be part of my personal triggers. That said does not mean it isn’t something you might enjoy.

I want to first express that middle to end end I WAS IN LOVE, something about the fun and crazy characters getting THOSE FFELINGS OUT I swooned from then on, enjoyed them a lot more…This is definitely a frenemies both very loud, out there, forwards and just comes form big Italian families so you know LOUD. hehe I don’t really know what else to say except that it was rather hard for me to get over a few things but I did because I really liked this series form the first book so I wanted to see it through, but I don’t think this one was for me fully.

New to me author, well not very new I have read maybe one or two other’s by this author but it’s been a while so this is definitely NEW to me.

This marriage-of-convenience had me swooning, laughing, enjoying and romancing! These two figured out the best way to help one another out, by of course getting married…I mean why not, it’s the best way, they are already childhood best friends what could go wrong. After all it was simply a….exchange! What really went wrong here is that they were too comfy with one another, too good at this fake-ness so the whole town actually believed it. Rumors here and there, hero and heroine started to question it and both wanting to guard their hearts from getting actually close and believing it could actually work.

Lot’s of HEART in this book and that’s kind of what fueled me, I enjoyed the hero and heroine together, the sides, the events, and just made me happy to read…not triggers of mine in this so that was an extra bonus…simply a beautiful story of two people who think they have it together after a plan was formed but they forgot one thing…fate!

Not my first read by the author and I have read every book in this series. Also Natasha happens to be one of my favorite author’s. I knew from Book #1 that if Savannah would to get a story how it would kind of go but I have mixed feeling about this one.

So I don’t know if this will ruin it fi you haven’t read book one but I hope you’re not starting with Book 3 since they are intertwined, so Savannah is from Book 1 where after watching Beau her love of her life (but he never knew) date around and be with other woman makes the biggest mistake of her life, and sleeps with his brother…his horrible POS brother LIAM. Anyways, what happens is that hero Jacob from book #1 who is the best friend of Beau, takes the responsibility on and say that it was his kid with Savannah. They lived with the lie for many years until at end of Book 2 the cat gets spilled out of the bag. Book 3 starts off with a bang and Beau finally finds out the truth and is livid. He hurts Savannah where honestly I think she deserved it, and more. I didn’t like Savannah from book 1 and having to come to term that this is her story i had mixed feelings. On one hand i wanted to like it but then I remembered she tore apart one brother’s relationship, and tore two best friends apart (for a while) it just rubbed me the wrong way. I couldn’t feel pitty for her in any sense. The ending mellowed me a little but not enough for me to really LOVE this book.

Not my first read by this author, and yes I have read all the previous books in this series! I am so happy to have the chance to read this early and get a glimpse of Elijah & Gwen’s story!! (BETA READING THIS) This is a story of a man who is lost after one of the worst things that can happen to a man. Starts of ‘real’ then hits you right away. Takes you far away into a beautiful place with two people who have the most amazing time in their life, just when everything seems to be falling apart, they found each other to keep whole.

I can’t say too much because ti will give out the whole book but I will say that there is a lot that’s going to happen and these same two people who once found each other, have to try and either find each other again or LIVE WITH letting one another go for the sake of a loved one. This has a lot of parts to it, it starts off with one way then turns into something sexy and beautiful…then it jumps a little ahead and then it’s a ride you won’t want to get off of! This book contains a lot of HEART!!

Not my first read by the author and this is stand-alone. I’ve read enough books by this author that I knew I’d enjoy it. This is a friends-to-lovers and an interesting one at that.

Hunter is a wealthy and successful man, a man that started from the bottom, a man that well hasn’t been paying attention to his work-visa. He has lived in the states since he was a baby but push forward many years and well, should have paid more attention because now he is in a pickle.
Josie is a successful lawyer who has always worked hard in her life. She is a woman that knows what she wants and speaks her mind, she is also the best friend of Hunter. These two, I have to say even at the beginning after the “arrangement” was accepted, lines were starting to blur, but neither one of them know of each other’s feelings. So naturally they both ignore it and move on as this was just another time together. It’s really sweet to watch them titter-totter around one another. Sadly one doesn’t believe in actual marriage while the other hopes to have it all, husband, house and 2.5 kids.

The only thing that bothered me was the climax. I wont lie but through out the whole build up, i had no indication something was coming until when it did, it just didn’t seem right for the action. i don’t want to give it away but it kind of brought me back a step, and i wasn’t a huge fan of the ending, that’s all I can say truthfully. Threw me off just a little.

Not my first read by the author. I have to say that this one was a on a whim for me meaning, I signed up because I love Meghan’s books and did not even read the blurb. I decided to then just go ahead and read it and mid-way i went back to read the blurb and I will say that even though I love her books, I am not 100% sure I would have signed up after reading the blurb not because it’s bad, heck no this is fantastic but because it didn’t seem like something I’d like reading. Most times the blurb and author determine my choice of requesting an ARC. That said, I was pleasantly surprised that I liked this very much. It was a light hearted, fun, sexy and sweet story!

Rath and Charlee were AMAZING CHARACTERS! Charlee at times was over the top but Rath kind of balances her out. This is an adventure for sure where marriage of convenience is played along with some sizzling and sweet scenes. Like I said earlier a lighter read for my taste, but still pretty decent.

Not my first read by the author and this author to me always writes BEAUTIFUL books, very sweet and perfect like. I also jumped the gun, as in this is my first book in the series which also happens to have been the end of a series. I won’t like but I liked this because I also got a little glimpse of the previous ones which are on my top tbr because I would love to get their story too.

Audrey Tate was very lovable to me, I could relate to her and feel every single emotion. After the tragic incident, I wasn’t sure how she would go on. She gets herself into a little but of a triangle because her best friend Clarke who needs to escape his mother’s meddling ways, so a little white lie won’t hurt anyone….right? What happens after is a lot of SOMETHING REAL, little by little the fine line starts to blur but after all she has been through and having known Clarke for all her life…can they step over onto the other side without losing everything they already have?

I received a paperback ARC and it felt great haha for some reason they always are a little more different to me. I was happy to have been able to read this and like I said I really want to read the previous 2 books to get their story as well, the ladies all sounds equally amazing!

This story is fantastic because the heroine is strong, firm, smart-mouthed and gorgeous, she is still vulnerable enough to want to be needed. Liam may be a little shit and mean at times, deep down he has his reasons and doesn’t know any better because he’s been like that…always. You get bickering, sexy moments, sweet uber SWOON moments and heartfelt scenes. Would highly recommend this one!

Not my first read by author, although I haven’t read a lot by this author, enough to make me want to stay if that makes sense. I do have one book of her’s that’s on my TOP 2019 MUST READ list. That said, this is a DARK ROMANCE which I do read and really love, to an extend. This unfortunately went past that extend and sadly it was A LOT of dark for me, went over that line…for me that is. Maybe this is how DARK romance is supposed to work but I got to 84% and just, it stopped for me. I don’t know how to word this without it sounding really mean because it’s not, I just…it’s not my type of Dark-ER Romance taste! I am always hones tin my review’s and so this is what you’ll always get. Good OR bad! Also that’s how this review should be looked at

This is a story revolving mainly around the heroine, it is in her POV only but the end. It’s a power, wealth and Mob related dark romance. Everly is a young woman who is pretty happy, she has her life together and might even be able to be fully free of her father and family life. So she thought. When she meets a dark man because her best friends dares her to go talk to him, things really heat up. It’s romantic in a alpha dark sense, and I enjoyed it in the beginning. But nothing is as she thinks, her life…she has been living in her own little world unaware of her family’s work. This is where I don’t know how to continue with reviewing because it does go into rather dark-ER scenes that I didn’t even know would be my triggers. I had to stop at 84% take a breath and managed to finish Book #1 but it was really hard to. This is why: the romance for me STOPPED all together, it shifted into more hate, not in the sexy alpha type just hate between the hero and heroine. That’s one trigger, the other is Forced Sex (even if the heroine mildly enjoyed it in the first place) it went too far for me, at once points the heroine was not enjoying it. This is not to be confused with Hate Sex or Angry Sex. He does put marks on her, there is blood involved and just too dark for me. Writing about it makes me cringe because it’s not my cup of tea. So those are the trigger’s for anyone who also has them. I really appreciate my ARC from the author and will continue reading her contemporary lighter books.

The TWIST in the end is what also got me, intense but there is a huge twist for sure!

Not my first read by author, the ladies were NEW to me and I read one book and BAM I was hooked!! I also have read COME AGAIN which you get a little taste of Cece & Shep! I would recommend reading WATCH & SEE, BLUE BAYOU and COME AGAIN…but this can be read as stand-alone.

Now Shep, I want to talk about him first…he is not your normal hero…yes he is handsome, sexy and rich..coming from a gold spoon if you will but his own man and a good one at that. But he is not the type to sugar-coat, is honest and upfront. Cece, she is to me basically a woman who doesn’t take shit, lives her life and a rough one at that, always worked for everything. She doesn’t believe in marriage, love, kids…all of that. They both actually would never be the people to marry UNTIL one celebration where alcohol was a factor but also honesty. What happens? Well, the two most unlikely people END UP MARRIED!

Not your typical marriage either, they both have an understanding but can you really outrun fate? It was a unique IN A GOOD WAY type of marriage of convenience romance for me. They both are so independent and strong, Cece my heart goes out to her, she always seems to have to have a plan in life to feel in control and Shep well he is a businessman and always needs to fix it, make it happen…two strong wills come together in an explosive book!!

The ladies do not disappoint again, Shep and Cece are exactly what I had expected!

Not my first read by author & heck the blurb alone caught my eye and then you have that sexy cover too!

What an interesting BOOM to this book. Starts off with the best meet between Holly and Sam that leads to an amazing opportunity for Holly which leads to the craziest yet most efficient by Sam. This really kicks of with a bang and continues on through out the story. Holly has had a crush on Sam since high school and Sam is trying to figure out if he’s truly over the fact that his brother and ex-girlfriend are getting married….so all the crazy ideas come out. From the both of them.

Characters
Sam: tall dark and handsome, hard worker, cowboy, sex in a suit, very smart and bossy.
Holly: quirky in the best ways, bold, smart, fun and gorgeous!

This is rather a fast pace happening, in a good way that is. Sam and Holly kind of play around with one another but don’t deny their feelings, questions yet but deny, noooo that’s why the sexy scenes are sizzling steamy! But old wounds never really heel and when an incident re-opens that for Sam, will he be able to look past the hurt and realize what REALLY happened?

This is definitely a fun and exciting read, something new-ish for me and I rather enjoyed it very much. The way the hero and heroine were, their chemistry off the charts and behavior to one another, loved it!! The hero is an interesting one because he is a little country with all the sexiness from it and very much a sexy suit as well, great combo if you ask me! Will look forward to more from author and this series!

Not my first ride with the author, to be honest I have read every single of her books, every time it comes out I AM ALL ABOUT IT!! So far, she is becoming one of my favorite new to me authors!

Sydney had a normal day. work work work oh and some more work. keeping busy as she has a very important role in the company. when Franklin her boss also the owner calls her in his office, shit goes from 0 to 60 real fast. she is dealt some terrible news and that wasn’t even the worst part of it either.

Fine, she was a grown woman who may not have had the best teenage-hood and was not accepting that work is going to be her real marriage, so what’s to marry Scott the party-whore and get what she always would have dreamed off along with making Franklin happy. Well she was singing a different tune when she was standing at the alter in Vegas and not only was Scott late but showed up plastered drunk. To think she had hopes even slightly that he was a changed man.

But no one really knows that, he is still portrayed as the man-whore party asshole. He sure met his match!! And that forsaken CABIN haha as Sydney said: ‘Cabin fever is a real thing.’

This book gave me ALL. THE. FEELS. Stop in your tracks keep reading faster but also.slower because you don’t want it to end. Everything was perfect about it, the characters, side characters, story line, transition and words. There was enough of everything what you wanted, few times I even shed a tear…but i felt every single word. This is one of those ‘the feeling I chase when I read’ THIS HAS IT!! You’ll fall in love with every twist and turn, when you think you know the outcome,.you won’t. Get ready because the author did the enemy-to-lovers romance, justice!! RE-READ WORTH FOR SURE!!

New to me author & books, BUT definitely made it on my 2019 TOP list because this book was everything I love about a HERO & HEROINE in a Office-enemy-to-lovers romance! All happening in London and part New York!

Let’s start with Olivia the heroine who is not only sassy but willing, strong and soft under it all. She is the perfect heroine when it comes to characters and story. Opinionated, stubborn, sassy, beautiful and loving. Now our hero Beckett who is tall, sexy, broody, mysterious, well spoken, comes form old money and one of the HOTTEST HERO’S in 2019! He might be beautiful and sexy but he has a mouth on him. Equal part to Olivia, because their bickering and back and forth is honest foreplay for any heart.

[He waves off my protest. ‘The companies on the thirty-fifth floor all deal in business finance some sort. Meanwhile, we’ve also determined that I’m on first-name terms with Satan, that I think you’re rather lovely, and that I might like to kiss you.’]

Olivia runs her own company, one it involves the world of the rich and of course, suits. So when she goes on her dream-date with a man she’s been waiting to be available, things kind of go south…well for her it happens a lot…literally. The girl can’t keep her balance for shit, it’s actually how she met Beckett, at his feet. Olivia’s tardiness knows no bound but also it’s not fully her fault as everything seems to always happens o her no matter where she is off to. Meet Cute? Not so much cute, but sexy more like it.

When she is propositioned someone that not even in her dreams she would accept, she isn’t left of much with option, therefore being the sassy strong-headed woman, she jump in. But I will warn you this is not the normal office romance type, and you’ll see. Things are more THERE and HAPPENING. After all, she did marry the one man she loaths in lots of different ways.

I can’t say more but it’s a ride YOU WANT TO TAKE. The feelings I usually chase when reading ARE DEFINITELY HERE & SOME. Something about their duo was fantastic, side characters also, the time line lined up perfectly and the transitions were very smooth! I will briefly touch on the sexy scenes and say that hands down THIS AUTHOR HAS IT DOWN!!

‘Your skin is like moonlight,’ he whispers, his voice rasping and raw.
‘And your freckles are constellation.’ His words are almost pondering as his hand trails across my collarbone, his eye following.
‘And I’m going to cover them in cum.’

I am leaving THAT at THAT. Very sizzling, the chemistry and romance very beautiful. The only thing that was wrong with all this, I NEEDED MORE! I feel like a 2,3 or 4th epilogue is necessary please!! Front start to end, this book will keep you engaged, on your toes, angry, scared and happy!! All the feels for sure!

Not my first read by this author but fairly still new to me! The blurb on this kind of caught my eye!

When Lara is left with no choice but to accept the contract Ryan offers her, (hating her brother at this time) she signed her life away…okay only for 6 months but still, how will she make it through with this arrogant jerk!! Lara is very vocal and realistic, something i loved about her, she did not let anyone walk all over her.

Ryan couldn’t care less of Lara or her brother or the issue, he will use this him advantage, so get his father to finally sign over things to him and make him the big boss. Win Win., right or so he thought because Lara is not a quiet mouse and she will give him a run for his money!

This story was a lot of fun to read, the characters are very relatable and this is my second read by the author and I am beginning to really like her writing style. Lot’s a action, passion and fierceness (mostly Lara to be honest, she rocks) and the sex scenes *fanning self* steamy!
