Not my first read by the author and I have read the previous books in the series. This one I was excited about and it’s a big boy! In all honestly I don’t think it needed a couple of scenes in the book, they were slow for me so it dragged a bit. Other than that there is a lot of action and scenes happening here, lot’s of side characters and life happening. It’s part for me where the ‘romance’ got lost and I was clinging to that little bit when it was between the H&H. It was still enjoyable to read, took me a couple of full days to read & am looking forward to the next one.

This is a heavy rom-com mixed with enemy-to, friends-to, single dad, alpha hero and very expressive out there heroine. I enjoyed the hero & heroine, each in it’s own. I had a few dislikes to the heroine only because she was heavy on the chi and the yoga, it went a little too much into detail for me on that. Laughed out loud many times in the book. The hero is a boxer who is in need of a nanny, has a chip on his shoulder and is a big man with an even bigger heart. They are paired very well, also the hero’s little son is the sweetest and just everything flowed so well. Even if the romance was missing the sizzle was there and worth the wait! I can’t wait for more in this series and hope to go din my next lifetime I get to have this Hero in real life please. Krista make it happen please & thank you!

Not my first read by Teagan and not my last, I have loved her rom-com and about jumped off my seat when I heard she was writing a sports romance because this was everything-teagan-style but MORE! Also, sports romances happen to be my favorite especially hockey!

Hero and heroine meet when she almost run’s him over. YEP! In the middle of no where of all places, and that’s where the fun begins. The hero thought it would be a good idea to drive the piece of junk across states back, and the heroine was in a rush and thought he was a mirage while she was driving down the stretch of road. After almost running him over, what does she do? Gives the handsome sexy stranger a ride, and of course he insists on driving (man much?) so why not, what can happen? Luckily nothing too bad a lot of banter, laughter and refresh for the hero because the heroine HAS NO IDEA WHO HE IS. And he happens to be a big deal in the NHL as well as the news. After spending some time in the car, being on first name bases, when they parted the heroine didn’t know how much she really wanted him to kiss her. But he does. Their next meet is not conventional either, rather more funny, a dating app of all things…both parties been hoaxed by their friends to join.

The hero is truly a sports romance hero, tough, troubled, handsome, sexy as sin and smart…well most the time. The heroine is a sweet woman who’s been burned by the one person you never should, your own father. She’s wicked smart, is a scary movie fanatic (it’s part of her job also, that one is an interesting one) Their romance may not have been from the romance section of the library more of the horror but it was a sweet and passionate one. Their chemistry is crazy off the charts and the events that happens the side characters all fell into place and fit perfectly with the story. I can not wait to read more in this series!

It’s been a minute since I’ve truly dived into a book by this author, she is not NEW to me but it’s been a while. This is a new series and I just knew I had to get on board. Both the blurb & cover is what caught my eye!

Fiona and Dixon were so down to earth real type of characters I forgot I was reading but felt more like I was living the story. When a bet is set Dixon the hero is determined to be the ‘last man standing’ well little did he know fate had other plans and those plans are called Fiona in a form of beautiful, smart and funny! The chemistry between these two, the banter, the romance, the looks…everything just flowed to right and so smooth! I loved watching them go around one another, stick to their guns and also fall for…that was the sweetest and just purest moment.

Not my first read by the author although it has been a while since I haven’t had luck with her recently. I jumped on this because the blurb intrigued me and I’ve read the other interconnected books. It may not have been my style 100% but I still enjoyed the read.

This one included a lot of side characters. Then we have the H&H who were very likeable. This is a classic ROM-COM from the author, very sweet this time but still the same. I don’t know what it was exactly that I couldn’t fully get into the book, could have been my mood just but I just found it ‘too much’ and I don’t think I can explain that feeling of mine for this book. Pacey Lawes is the hero, he’s sweet, funny and handsome, Winnie Berlin is the girl who is lost, literary speaking, she is trying to re-find herself and well a little fun never hurt anyone. This is where I think I just couldn’t get fully into it, I like the rom-com aspect and the having some fun but I really was looking for that romance with a little bit of angst or I don’t even know how to explain it so I am going to stop but just SOMETHING stopped me for fully enjoying and being into this book. All aside, I really enjoy the rom-com part of this author, she is really good at it and makes you actually laugh out loud.

Not my first read by the author but they are a fairly still new to me author I am figuring out the tone of.

Jude and Sophie couldn’t be more different. Where the hero is a laid back love living life and Sophie is more the I need a plan and organization type, it was so much fun to watch them come together. I think the hero here really tries to show the heroine how to live a little but in the process gets cough up in all that is Sophie. Let’s not forget that this may have be a lighter read and fun, it was full of deep emotion. The side characters were a great addition to the story and I will be reading more in this series for sure! p.s. this is not a warning but it THESE TWO STEAM UP your glasses if you know what I mean! Be warned 😉

That said I want to say that what I love about Teagan’s books is that you get the full TEAGAN EFFECT where you get rom-com mixed with romance and HEART! I enjoyed everything about this book from the first meet, to the interactions between the side characters and the chemistry between H&H

Little about the book: Nolan is a hardworking, handsome, sexy, smart and very funny man. He has made a name for himself and come a long way after losing his father. He has been sticking to a vow after witnessing his parents misfortune. Okay with living his life the way he has been going, nothing could phase him. But but but the heroine Maya is a force to be recon with. This single mom is feisty, funny, beautiful and shares her own set of disappointment in life and the dating pool. Even though she is happier now without her loveless marriage, she co-parents and still dreams on her price charming. In this case we will say ROMEO. When these two end up roomies, what can go wrong? After all not like Nolan doesn’t like kids, his things touched or his space invaded? What can a single mom with a little shithead of a 13 year old do? Corrupt his whole life….and I’m not sure how sorry Nolan ends up being after all. But when things come to shove, Nolan has to make that choice…stay in his life or do something about it.

Really sweet and fun story, lots of heart as always so you get that pull between H&H. As always Teagan doesn’t disappoint!

This one was a sweet and TRUE friends-to. Hero and heroine are not only BFF’s but also roommates and unrepeatable, they make fun of each other, are there for one another…and well one night when a very low towel meets googling eyes…and a kiss, everything changes! What I love mostly about this is that the hero may be a geek-ish type of hero but BOY was he hot, sexy and the STEAMY *sweating* But the blurring lines aren’t what really took this duo apart, it was something that takes you by surprise and then just you have to put yourself in the heroine’s shoes of why she felt the way she felt! Really sweet and TEAGAN rom-com true and true!!

Not my first read by the author. And quiet frankly I would read anything by Amy! Okay, I am going to say this and say this once just to get it out: but I kind of was EXOECTING al this. It’s great AMY work yes but I was really just expecting each move almost. However you see it to me it’s not necessarily a bad thing just a little predictable.

That said now we can get to the fun part of me telling you how much I really enjoyed the characters, the story line as stated above but the characters, side characters and events…were oh so sweet, fun, sexy, emotional and exciting! The hero and heroine know one another as in they are in business together if you will. You have the play-boy cocky doctor and the outgoing, sassy and strong baker. When they start fake-dating…all bets are off. I will not go into detail because honestly if you’ve never read Amy you will want to dive in first. If you’ve read her you know what you are getting into. She has a way of incorporating the now with wonderful characters and a fun story line. I am glad I got another doze of Amy-Writing and will forever always read her books!

Not my first read by the ladies. This one I was excited for because any time a neibgor fun romance is involved I’m always game.

This is exactly what it was, fun but not in a overly enemy-to type of fun. Lacey is a writer, a romance writer to be exact and well she is in a pinch. Her book about the youngest brother hero is not speaking to her. She is definitely experiencing writers block. But what’s the best part about her one of them actually is her personality, it’s just plain beautiful just like her. In comes Jake now Jake is a bold shameless and fun hero. There is just something to love about him, his outgoing-ness is not annoying or overbearing but more in a fun laid back sexy way! Truthfully you’ll fall in love with both characters equally! p.s. the hero is a deep down hopeless romantic.

I enjoyed both characters, the side characters, events, story line and the fun in reading because ti all felt so real and I was on the edge for theri first everything!

Dean and River are neighbors as you would guess, but not just any kind the ‘i can’t stand you type’ where both parties hate each other but also think they are hot….but shhhh they wouldn’t want one another to know that now would they. I really enjoyed this back and forth equal hate banter but also loved the moment it all came together. There isn’t much to say without giving a lot of it away but know that you will not regret diving in, light read yes but full of sparks, spunk and romance and heart!

This was so much fun and so sweet to read. The hero is a late 30’s bachelor thinking that he really just needs that, the bachelor life. The heroine is the sweetest woman alive I swear I fell in love with her before him for sure. Their cute-meet was when the heroine texted her BFF from her new phone thinking she memorized it correctly, only she ended up texting someone else. That someone else being is our hero who played along only for a little before putting her out of her misery and telling her that she texted a stranger, but not before he declares that they are going to me BESTIES now. It was just the cutest and sweetest way they were with one another before they ended up meeting accidentally.

Lots of laughter, fun, sweetness, swooning, an adorable pup, some tequila and a zip line! It really has a lot of heart too, HIGHLY recommend!

Not my first read by the author by far, I have read enough to know her writing style and love it. That said I have also been following these series of stand-alone’s and have read them all. This one was fun as all of them are but also broke my heart all at the same.

When the hero’s mother meddles and tries to set him up with a woman that not only is gorgeous but also WANTS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM. It was the best and funniest thing ever, I loved LOVED Indie oh man did I love her but equally Lincoln as well, they really just kind of fit well together and their banter, sweet moments and heartbreak was something I didn’t think I would need but glad I received from this fun, sexy rom-com that turned my heart upside down.

Not my first read by the author and I have to be honest I was a little worried about reading this because I really do not like the hero to be the younger one. At the beginning I was set to put it into a category but the more I read the more I freaking fell in love with Slade. My god did I fall hard!

This is not your typical hero younger heroine older romance because it’s so much more. Not only does the heroine in here gain everything back mainly herself thanks for the hero but she teaches him a few things along the way. The hero is a 31 year old that is a new Cardiac Surgeon and the heroine is a 39 year old woman working for the came company looking for that promotion, a company that wants to take it back or rather forward tot he youth. She is a divorcee to a man that not only didn’t know her but also left her for a younger woman who is her identical twin almost. When she ends up in a bar alone trying to nurse her no not broken heart but the new manager hired, who is out to get her…Slade slides in just as he belonged there from the beginning. Their conversation is not to typical and when she meant to blow him off to leave her alone because why would a younger very sexy man want to be talking to her old grumpy ass she is surprised to learn quick that Slade is not a push over and a man who is genuinely a good human being. These two get into all kinds of trouble and the main kind of it all, the love trouble. I can’t say more because honestly this is a book to live through…I promise you that you will LOVE this no matter what type of reader you are. It’s fun, flirty, genuine, romantic, funny, heart breaking, sweet…it has it all. I am so happy I gave this my all because I got all from it. p.s. beware of their stolen kisses, stolen touches and the real real feeling of two people genuinely interested in one another and the BUTTERFLIES!

Not my first read by the author. So far every book of hers I’ve read I’ve loved. Now this one might be a new Series but it’s intertwined with the previous one and I am loving it, because this is FINALLY Marco the sexy firefighters story!


Marco is in his late 30s, a lieutenant he work hard for, very funny, sexy, sweet and swoony romantic. Gah so romantic. he is a man who says what he feels and backs it up by showing you..all out guy and I loved him through and through. Renee the heroine was hilarious from the moment she knocked Marco off his feet…literally. Since then its been chance meetings until Marco played his cards right and finally got that official date. She is sassy, sweet, huge heart and skittish when it comes to relationships but especially firefighters .


This book was so sweet, fun and romantic…little bit of hint of suspense. You get those butterflies of the chase and the first kiss, the flirting, the chemistry! Light read packed with a punch and I loved every page. Looking forward to more in the series.

Not my first read by the author, and not my last. I have fallen in love with this series from book one, and I have been waiting for the youngest brother’s story and it did not disappoint! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this series & this book!!

WOW. I was not expecting that, I mean Brig is the youngest brother of them and the most ‘I WANT TO FIND LOVE’ silly, sweet, big heart and still very handsome and sexy in his own way. Ruth is, she surprised me each time, my heart fell for her at every corner fallen and by gosh, can you live through a character? Because i sure as heck did with Ruth. She’s had a secret for a long time, the secret being only to Brig who is a clueless idiot. Talk about a town effort. Yes, you will get lots of laughs here but also sweet moments that will keep you wanting to read more and need more. I was very captivated by this one, I even cried my eyes out. I really wish there is it will be more because I don’t want it to end please. And I am saying this because of the way this book ended, I’m kind of hanging there….
