Not my first read by the author, she is one of my TOP FAVORITE and have read most of her books. When Whiskey is involved HA if you know me I HAD TO READ IT. Especially that this involved the infamous Dixie Whiskey! I. CAN’T. I have been waiting for this for soooo long! I loved LOVED Dixie in all the previous books she’s played part in. Gah! This was everything and more. It gave me all the feelings, the feeling I chase when I read ALL HERE!!

Dixie is a hell of a woman, have grown up having brother’s who protected her and also who she learned to be wild and free from, not to mention sharp with her tongue. The sex scenes are YES VERY SEXY but more, it’s more passion, more need, more romance…unbelievable. The chemistry between them, almost like two alphas of the opposite sex come together in a clash of waves. Dixie is one of my favorite Whiskey characters and Jace, well he was SO PERFECT for her. God, Melissa really knows how to bring on the feelings, I can’t express enough how much I LOVE this series and this one takes the cake. I love the men but Dixie is in one of her own class! A MUST MUST READ!

Not my first read by author, and I have read book 1 HARD PLACE! That said I need to express how really sad I was when I read the blurb and realized that this could be a LOVE TRIANGLE which is one of my triggers! *tear* But do read Book 1 before diving into this one!

So, the beginning of Book 2 does not continue where it leaves from in Book 1. You get the backstory of Michael and Harper (and it’s really sweet and good GAH!) God this hurts to read because my heart is torn between Michael and Alex! And of course they are very much so intertwined, it’s all the lies, secrets and angst and a little suspense that you get from here on out!

I can’t really reveal too much because the book contains a lot of everything I say will give it out, but will say that it hurt me reading it because I am a hopeless romantic a one woman type of romantic so it was hard for me to distinguish one man from the other. Can’t have both but then again whoever said that was true? Harper has a hard time during all this, being a single mother and wanting to do what’s best for everyone…and sometimes leaving yourself out too. I gotta say that I was not expecting the ending, totally wasn’t even ready for it, I myself was torn.

Not my first read by the author and YES I have read Book #1 Black Sheep! And I can’t express enough how much I loved both the books! This duo is going under my TOP 2019 must reads because, truly it’s amazon! Meghan March outdid herself!

Book 2 starts of with a bang that was left behind in end of Book 1! I don’t want to spoil too much though, but the sheer devotion of Cannon in this is SO BEAUTIFUL! I was shocked in the beginning, then angry, then the suspense…it’s just EVERYTHING i needed for a book 2 of a duo.

You learn more about the twisted family tree of Cannon and Memphis learns what it takes to be with a man like Cannon! The secrets, lies, suspense…I really really loved the duo in this, something about working together and the way Cannon is Romantic is off the harts…alpha, sexy and sweet all in one. He truly is the perfect bookboyfriend. And Memphis only rises in this one…you’ll understand after reading Book 1! I will warn you the twists in this…I was freaking out then reading faster to get the truth then slowing down because I didn’t want it to end. It was a roller coaster I never wanted to get off from! FANTASTIC READ! I will be re-reading this duo very soon! Meghan you are simply an extraordinary writer!

Not my first read by the author, and I have to say that it was an impulse jump. That said, because it involves another man and all that. Kind of was a little scared to jump in, triangles are one of my triggers. Luckily this wasn’t to the point where I couldn’t read it.

It was a little different for me, I unfortunately couldn’t connect to I don;t know if it was the characters or the story. Either way, that doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy it, it was just a little different for me…the tone.

Auggie is a man who took it slow, didn’t believe and put it off…until the end when he now not only didn’t have a chance again but time was not on his side. So he set’s out to be the best for HER and show her that now he is serious. George or Georgie is, I don’t know how to express her. She is very indecisive, and of course smart and beautiful yes. Reflective and I feel for her because of the choices she had to make…it’s a very VERY SLOW burn, it more focuses on the friendship aspect because they have been in each other lives for over a decade. Basically you get the whole story, all the years and all the information you’d want.

If you want slow burn, angsty, friends-to-lovers, little bit of a triangle, and lot’s of laughter. This one is for you!

Not my first read by author but my first official review. What caught my eye again, was the BLURB in this!! I do enjoy the ‘fake relationship’ tropes so, this was the perfect fit.

Beck and Stella are a dynamic duo, they don’t even know it. Poor Stella not only lost a boyfriend but lost him to her best friend, well ex-best friend now too. So what does she do, obviously the only thing you can…find someone to play the fake boyfriend. What comes next is a lot of fun, banter, adventure, laughter, beautiful romance, secrets and lies. It’s a lighter read, but contains a lot of spunk. I also did love the author’s writing, her words flowed easy and the story was relatable and fun to read! I will say one thing about the ending…I LOVED IT, epilogue and all!

Not my first read from author also I have read Book 1 LIES THAT BIND US which is a one POV from the heroine. This though is the HIS POV version and it was pretty much amazing. Basically it’s an explanation to the WHAT’S and SO MUCH MORE! Yes, it’s a shorter and of course men are different from woman, but otherwise you get to go inside HIS dark mind. FANTASTIC! p.s. you still get a little of Ellie (that’s all I’m saying)

Loved the start because it gave me an inside to why HE FOLLOWED HER. He was a dark shadow always watching her, protecting and also wanting her. Maybe the idea of her but most definitely will do anything to have a chance to find out. This is one where I really can’t say a lot because I highly recommend reading LIES THAT BIND US, this will make all the sense and of course give you answers.

I will say that it’s equally mysterious, surprising, dangerous, dark, suspenseful with twists and turns and OH SO ROMANTIC. Will is seriously someone I could swoon over forever, he is probably one of my top favorite DARK HERO’s. BUT he is so hard on himself, in every single way, wanting to always do more and better…it’s heartbreaking really! His love and devotion and dedication to Elle though is mesmerizing, beautiful and passionate, so passionate!

Not my first read by author but I believe it is my first OFFICIAL review & all! Something about this blurb really caught my eye. Yes, I have not read the previous 2 books in the series but this can be read as a stand-alone too and BOY WAS I GLAD I SIGNED UP FOR THIS ARC! In love with the story and characters is an under-statement! I loved everything about it, the angst the dirty…this might be a short review BECAUSE I DON’T WANT TO SPOILER ALERT anyone, but let me just say that it is on my TOP 2019 for a good reason!

So much I want to say BUT CAN’T!!!!!! Ugh! I will say that everything is intertwined! Savannah is miss-understood, actually she is not understood at all, what she has ever done and doing is all for her family. Lines can’t be crossed because well BECAUSE [parts of why i can’t say anything because of spoilers] but I will tell you that whatever people HEAR is not what they see. I feel for Savannah and the choices she is only left to take. Will she be able to stand on her own, for herself? Owen is a man that may have missed out but isn’t about to make that mistake again, but when lies, secret BIG SECRETS and little bit of danger threaten everything…will they both be able to become who they are together?!

This deserves so much more than 5 stars, I may not have read every single book by this author but the one’s I have, I have loved. This one tough takes the cake through and through! You get both POV, chemistry, all the feels, laughter, SWOON ROMANCE, suspense…it has it all!

Not my first read by author but I believe my first official review! I have not read Book 1 in this series yet. I am going backwards but I don’t mind at all. The blurb alone in this is what got me! Plus I have read Emma Hart before and I LOVE her rom-com’s!

BEST START EVER! I now remember why I like the author’s books, FUN! Reagan receives a accidental text, by that I mean a man has send a DICK PIC to the wrong number. Of course, she freaks out then does the one thing you shouldn’t…she texts back! To her surprise, the Mystery man was quiet charming and funny over the text. They exchange a large amount of messages including personal information. Reagan is intrigued and want’s to know more about the mystery man.

Noah is a sexy, single and handsome firefighter, New to town and when one night of drinking went wrong, with his phone that is…he is udderly surprised that his accidental message to a stranger went ANSWERED. In a form of funny and making him feel all kinds of right, for it being the wrong recipient. When a call comes through that a purple haired woman was in need of rescue during a fire, he can’t believe who he rescues.

From then on it really involves, a beautiful friendship, lots’f of laughter and swooning too! Reagan and Noah couldn’t be more opposite in ways but so similar in all the other! It was a fun book yes but very romantic, exciting and I didn’t want it to end.

New to me author and books, the Blurb is what got me! Also, I am not sure what happened but when I got to this ARC which I thought was releasing was the 27th of Sept. but I guess it was the 20th. So I am a bit late yes, but in my defense I really had it down on the 27th from the author. Either way, I am just glad I was able to get to it.

That’s how it all started, Rayah’s big idea of setting up the man she has been in love with, with another woman. Oh that’s right she was thinking that it would help him, help his children…when in all she has been ignoring HER ISSUES. Then the angst game begins and you’ll want to just push them two together. *sigh* but I totally understand her because gosh not only is he a handsome and sexy single father but also a firefighter and sweet, and rough and and… *sigh*

When they both come to an agreement, it’s all fun and sexy…but in reality how can Ray keep her heart safe…she know’s how, she can’t no matter what. And Jonny will never know that her heart will be crushed no matter what the outcome. But you can’t blame Jonny too much, he became a widower with three children, someone who saves people for a living couldn’t save his late wife. So I give him that but OUCH are there some scenes in here that would crack my stone black heart too. P.S. DIRTY FIREFIGHTER ALERT! *sizzling* I think the only reason I rather this a 4.5 is because of the heroine. She at times rubbed me the wrong way, in a way, I can’t explain it I just it was enough for me to make my decision you know! But over all I LOVED IT. The story line, the side characters, the scenes….great first read from a new author to me!

New to me author and books! I was happy to receive this ARC because the Blurb alone is what got me!

This is a VERY SLOW BURN! As much as I love them you pair very angsty and I was pulling my hair out hehe in a good way that is. I don’t mind them at all but this was the QUEEN of it all! Beautiful small-town friends-to-lovers romance that will have you swooning and sighing a lot! It did start off a little slow for me but not too far in, once it picked up I was very invested in it. I read this in a one sitting and for my first book from the author I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it. Little different writing style then I am used t, but in a good way as always!

Katherine and Decker are so very different and yet so very same. They entered each other’s lives and stayed as friends. A very slow burn of friends, fighting attraction and the sizzling chemistry they seem to have. When one phone call puts them in a close proximity for quiet some time, things change. They were originally brought together because of Katherine’s sister and the brother-in-law. So when they are send off on a road trip, well you know what they say when you cram a couple in a car and let them drive out. THINGS HAPPEN! I don’t want to say too much to ruin anything but it was pretty impressive and the story line different. All in all I enjoyed it, just a really sweet story!

Not my first read by author and also I have read book 1 & 2 in the series!!! All I will first say is that his is VERY SUSPENSEFUL and SEXY!

I don’t know where to start expressing my LOVE for this book! It seriously kept me on my toes the entire time. I was hooked, like a drug to me I needed more and more and more! That suspense and the high you get with it, all the way! Then you throw in alpha male and sexy scenes and passion…*sigh* this is a very DEEP story though. Some might even have triggers in there, I was just shocked to learn what the heroine has gone through and even more shocked to learn what the hero did in his past.

Xena is a beautiful, small and delicate looking woman who has the sharpest tongue, sense of humor and isn’t afraid to stand up for herself. She is a assistant to a star and is damn good at her job. Her past is not only colorful but also something that most the percentage of people would never be going through. Having lost everything so young and having gone through hell and lived there for many years…it’s a wonder she knows how to be compassionate at all. Therefore she has been RUNNING all her life, and it somehow is crawling back up from the deep dark hole she placed it in…how will she ever feel safe again?

Liam is a man of one. No feelings, no attachments, no passion…not ever since her and the incident. So he lives his life simple, his JOB in his life. That’s all that should matter to him, until he is called BACK to an assignment he though was already taken care of. When he sees Xena again, memories flash back to one night. Then all of a sudden both their words turn up-side down! The question is will Liam be able to help her by letting go of the past, sharing and showing feelings again that he never though would be again? It’s a tug and pull he has with himself, but to what extend? Liam is very hard on himself and will he be able to prove it to himself and move on? *sign my heart*

Like I said earlier, this is very suspenseful and will keep you on your toes. I though I had it begged at the WHO but then little over half way through I wasn’t sure then back again…I loved LOVED the romance in this. It is forbidden in a sense and just plain REAL! SO REAL! You will not know what’s coming next and that is again why I love J. Kenner’s books…always a thrill! Really NEEDED MORE of that epilogue I didn’t want it to end, also the ENDING!! There may or may not be a BOMB dropped!

Not my first read by author, happens to be one of my firsts reads waaay back in the days! This author’s books are always SO ROMANTIC! Just get’s you with it, and hellooo this one is like Christmas in July! So of course, I had to read it!! ALSO, I don’t know if you know but in this series one of the books was made into a netflix hallmark movie…The Trouble With Mistletoe one…so just throwing that out there!!

This is a OPPOSITE ATTRACT type of story because Ivy is a woman that comes from a past where she didn’t know where she would live next or have a meal next and Kel may be a sexy ranch owner AAADN also the town’s sheriff but he himself has a past that’s not a walk through the park. Both have issues when it comes to the relationships and love. Then you throw them together and get a type of CHEMISTRY that will scorch you. It was fantastic when it came to that department!!

Kel sees Ivy, really sees her and she is so closed off and secretive that it scares her! But Ivy gives Kel a feeling again, it’s a tough of war really, mysterious if you want and of course very romantic! You’ll want to dive into this entire series but this one stood out to me the most! Another amazing read by the author!!

Not my first read by author and heck I read her before I even started any of this bookstagramming and blog stuff! The cover alone in this is MAGNIFICENT, i mean look at the full cover too, SO GORGEOUS!! Safe to say I will be getting a paperback, haha!

CAN I JUST SAY HOW MUCH I FLIPPING LOVED THIS BOOK!!!? Their first meet was priceless and perfect, Nina is MY kind of girl!! She is the girl that doesn’t mind eating alone, or being alone for that matter. Doesn’t believe in romance because well she’s never experienced it so why believe in something you only hear or read about? She’s just a woman trying to find a place in the world, something for herself to keep occupied, not looking to meet a prince and end up marrying him haha that would be silly,wouldn’t it! *smirk*

This is not your traditional love story at least to me it is because the hero and heroine can’t keep their hands off each other once it’s there. Not a slow burn but a build up for sure. They are just so perfect together that it will just flow…that’s how i felt about this whole story it flowed well, events occurred just as if you were there. A lighter side of the read. Kristen really did a good job here getting the details in and having the main characters be so in sync, lots of laughter, love and just life! This is Book #1 of the series and I can’t wait for more!

This is my first official read by author, and heck I can’t resist a Friend’s Brother/Sister romance. I mean something about that slow burn and friendship!!

Everything about it, from Derek who was so beyond arrogant but in a handsome way that you just really NEED him. I don’t know how else to explain it, he wasn’t MEAN arrogant just the confident kind. Absolutely love a hero that is upfront and vulgar. Ellie was sweet, sassy and just plain beautiful! Their chemistry was OFF THE CHARTS, i think Derek met him match!

Ellie my heart goes out to her a little, she has been looking for love for so long she gave up, convinced herself that she should just do meaningless affairs. But she couldn’t deny her feeling towards and for Derek. She didn’t know there could be anything him being her best friend’s older brother. Derek does kind of shit on that idea too, that was OUCH! But in the end, when two souls are meant…noting can stop it, right?!
