Not my first read by the author or last, I have read this author for years and also have read the previous books in this series! All my reviews from this author contain me saying how different she is to me at least, it’s romance but something real, smooth and just easy to read…heartbreaking sure, sizzling yes, but she definitely it’s always a smooth read.

I just want to say that I was super nervous on what to expect, the last one was so heavy on emotion and heartbreak that I wasn’t sure what to expect anymore…Cannel has a rocky past and well present life if we are being honest. Will was the perfect hero to pair with her, because she is chaos and he is safe. This was a equal emotional ride that I am glad I was able to live through because this story as romantic, sweet, dangerous and sexy.

Not my first read by the author and not my last. Corinne brought the angst in this one. I am always honest with my reviews and so this one just was not for me. Period. I love Corinne’s book, and have ben lucky so far to really land some amazing reads for me, but there can’t be every single book that I will love and we all know how that works. That said, to me I think it was the whole pull/push between them but still sleeping with one another, it’s a mixture of things including the issue I kept having with the hero because it just was kind of mean and leading on the heroine type of feeling and that was not a fun feeling when I was trying to throw romance into it but I still enjoyed the story and it pulled at my heart strings.

Hero and heroine have known each other for a very long time. Heroine has been deeply in love with hero and he is kind of here nor there, leading her on a little but with reason. Once I found out the heartbreak of all that, I understood him more in that sense. These two truly did play around one another, playing with that imaginary line to cross and then go back and forth. Very emotional, just when you think it’s all butterflies and rainbows Corinne likes to throw a curve ball as always, it’s one of the things I admire about the author. Beautiful story!

I gave this a try because I’ve heard of the author and her characters as well. Unfort, was not for me but I do wish the author the best.

It’s been a minute since I’ve truly dived into a book by this author, she is not NEW to me but it’s been a while. This is a new series and I just knew I had to get on board. Both the blurb & cover is what caught my eye!

Fiona and Dixon were so down to earth real type of characters I forgot I was reading but felt more like I was living the story. When a bet is set Dixon the hero is determined to be the ‘last man standing’ well little did he know fate had other plans and those plans are called Fiona in a form of beautiful, smart and funny! The chemistry between these two, the banter, the romance, the looks…everything just flowed to right and so smooth! I loved watching them go around one another, stick to their guns and also fall for…that was the sweetest and just purest moment.

This is a SLOW BURN and a 2nd chance – older brother’s best friend. I really do like these tropes together
but the slow burn was a burn for sure! Hartford the heroine was the bomb! Best way I can translate her into words, she was genuine, real, sweet, funny and so dang beautiful. Joshua, well it was a love/hate relationship because he really loves his bachelor playboy life Q the Booooo So they are just friends and that’s it!
Or so they both think. This read was sweet, frustrating at times and romantic!

Not my first read by the author and I have read all the books before in this series! I must say this one was intense, I was hanging on the seat of each page!

The hero in this is a ex-con who was at the right place at the right time. Or so he thought, when there are shots fired he springs into action. The heroine is really fun, outgoing and beautiful. When she watched something for her best friend, it turns out to be the same man that not only occupies her dreams but now is right in front of her. What happens when a heroine sees the hero in a uncompromised intimate way but the hero doesn’t even have a clue what’s going on? Well a whirlpool of fun, danger, smiles, laughter, passion and love!

Not my first read by the author although it has been a while since I haven’t had luck with her recently. I jumped on this because the blurb intrigued me and I’ve read the other interconnected books. It may not have been my style 100% but I still enjoyed the read.

This one included a lot of side characters. Then we have the H&H who were very likeable. This is a classic ROM-COM from the author, very sweet this time but still the same. I don’t know what it was exactly that I couldn’t fully get into the book, could have been my mood just but I just found it ‘too much’ and I don’t think I can explain that feeling of mine for this book. Pacey Lawes is the hero, he’s sweet, funny and handsome, Winnie Berlin is the girl who is lost, literary speaking, she is trying to re-find herself and well a little fun never hurt anyone. This is where I think I just couldn’t get fully into it, I like the rom-com aspect and the having some fun but I really was looking for that romance with a little bit of angst or I don’t even know how to explain it so I am going to stop but just SOMETHING stopped me for fully enjoying and being into this book. All aside, I really enjoy the rom-com part of this author, she is really good at it and makes you actually laugh out loud.

NEW to me author and read! I picked this up because the blurb intrigued me and I really love the cover! That said this is a NEW to me author so it’s always hectic trying to get used to their writing style and so forth. This was definitely a cute read, different from what I am used to reading, more real as in womans-fiction type. We have a heroine that is open, honest and beautiful…she meets the hero when her podcast needs a hands on experience to talk about, and the hero is the perfect man since he already teaches BDSM and KINK classes. But this is a little bit of a twist because they aren’t running to be together as in fate, but just honest that one the heroine needs and wants the relationship but the hero is not good at them and has sworn not to get into it again, but wants to try with the heroine. So their journey is a little backwards and slow burn but in the sweetest way.

I really liked that the author brought out the best of the heroine all while still us getting to experience the ugly side of being the type of disabled the heroine is. She has such a free and open spirit you forget about the fact that she is bound to a wheel chair. The hero really brings out the heroine even more so their duo is dynamic! This read is a mix of woman’s-fiction and contemp romance, so it was a little hard for me to get into it, at times there was a lot happening including a lot of side characters, that’s a down fall for me with this book but aside from that I really loved the idea, story line, H&H and their naughty sweet funny chemistry.

Not my first read by the author and I love her writing style and characters. I also have read the previous books in the series.

This had so much heart that it gives you a glimpse of happiness but then it reminds you of the pain and bam, you get hit! I really loved the H&H together here. The heroine comes back to her old town to take over an old Inn that has seen some better days since her childhood…but it was ‘their dream’ so when she got a chance she packed up and took the challenge. In comes out hero who is a construction owner and really to liking the new owner. This is a sweet slow burn but worth the wait. The memories, the hurt, pain…it was deep in this one! The heroine can’t seem to catch a break when it comes to her new adventure, and the hero is truly a hero!

Friends-to, Sweet Heroine, Handsome Hero, Tragedy, Adventure, Pain, Passion, Romance & Mystery! Really a great combo and a MUST READ! This whole series is highly recommended by me!

Not my first time by the ladies and I also have read the other 2 in the series & LOVEDDDD them, this series is a MUST READ as well as this book #3, SWOON SWOON SWOON!

The hero is a single-dad pro baseball player. When he moved cities and his 2 most adorable children, he is in need of a Nanny, in walks our beautiful down to earth heroine. The heroine comes from money but has always been paving her own path, humble, beautiful and sweet. When a chance happens where she steps in to be the temp Nanny for the hero’s kids, she falls in love with the kids more than when she got to see them at school where she has been a substitute. They together, gah the heroine’s big heart is so damn beautiful and the way she is with his kids. I do also love her feisty sexy side, the hero really steps it up with the SWOON SEXY-ness…yes I made that word up and it now exists!

It had some interesting twist and turns not going to lie, I did not see that going the way it did regarding the hero, I may also have been a little mad at him in the end, luckily he redeems himself but I def would have still held a tiny grudge about his behavior. But I really really enjoyed this read and knew it would be amazing as this series is!

NEW to me author & books. I picked this sign-up just as a I saw it and the blurb sounded really good so I wanted to go for it. I don’t usually like to dive into NEW author’s but if the blurb really sounds great I give it a go. Unfortunately I was not able to really connect with the characters, especially the heroine and the writing style.

I did DNF this book due to a huge huge turn-off and dislike which is deception of cheating & characters who are a second-chance and sleep/kiss other characters. The mood was just black for me the whole time, I read as much as I could digest until I just got pissed off enough to want to throw away my kindle. Again some people love this, why, I will never understand if I wanted real life BS I wouldn’t be reading I can see enough of that in the world. I honestly haven’t read enough to get into the story because I have been so focus on trying to connect with the characters and get over the ‘cheating’ ordeal. Personal preference it is what it is. Best of luck to the author.

NEW to me author but not world. Now when this first came out the idea of the world I signed up for every single one for the first few rounds & then it just got to be too much. I held off and only chose the ones where the blurb really sounded like something I would enjoy. This is a NEW to me author so I had to also adjust to the writing style.

Piper and Chad were characters I liked automatically, and their story was a SWOON worthy and romantic one. These two have loved one another since forever but of course there was no way either one of them would tell the other, so they went on with their life as is. When a chance encounter occurs and Piper is in a bind and Chad is really being pushed by his father, these two come together. There is a lot of SWOON from the hero here I will give you that, the heroine I had a little bit of a harder time adjusting to but it’s also because this is a NEW to me author and heroine are hard to hit perfect for everyone of course. I did love these two together and enjoyed watching their story unfold.

Not my first read by the author, I have read the previous series books. I am always honest and I have to say that the first one in this series I enjoyed but the rest after including this, just was not my jam.

The final instalment of the series and was it one. Finn Sanderson and Stevie Lancaster are some amazing characters with their own faults and good. Fin is a successful. handsome and sexy agent. Stevie is well aside from beautiful she really is just in the downs. She lost her father and her career is hanging on by a thread, it’s a difficult time for her in life. In comes Fin to save the day. This book was actually really emotional, aside from everything I got hooked because KB really knows how to write words that hit you in the feels. Needles to say these two definitely walk the fine line of pleasure and business and well sometimes you have to bet it all or nothing!

NEW to me author and books. I picked this up through a PR sign up and after reading the blurb I knew I had to give it a try. I did struggle in the beginning, but since this was a NEW to me author I knew I had to try and get to half way through or full to give it a good go. I was just having a hard time connecting to both hero or heroine.

Remington and Faith are one of a kind, to me it was either I LOVED them or HATED them type of feel and I think that up and down is what made it hard for me to connect. I ended up enjoying the story after all. It contained lots of angst, laughter, passion and romance.

Eventually, they find their way back to each other. The only problem is, by the time that Mavis makes her way back into his heart, it breaks. And not in a rhetorical way. In the ‘he only has days to live’ kind of way.

Not my first read by the author or last, I do really enjoy Lani’s books because to me they are like no other writing style. This NEW series got me hooked now and I am pretty sure Lani is trying to kill us with this one!

okay update, Lani did try and kill us via emotions on this one. I cried my eyes out so hard, I couldn’t stop. Absolutely LOVED this, it was raw, real and sweet. Emotional to the core, have tissue because no matter who you are, you will be balling your eyes out like I did. I would totally torture myself and re-read this again just for it.

I really don’t want to ruin or spoil this so I will give a shorter review, because this is so worth diving into from beginning to end. These two are enemy-to all through but deep down the love they have for one another, is unreachable. When push comes to shove, they are always there for one another. And the life adventure they go through alone and together were painful. I loved them, even if my heart felt like it was going to burst. Can’t wait for more!
